The Greenmountain Group of businesses is Australia's largest family-owned and operated vertically integrated beef and veal production and processing operation. They specialises in growing and sourcing naturally bred, naturally fed beef and veal to be processed at our modern export food processing establishment at Coominya in the Somerset Region of south-east Queensland.

  
 

Green Mountain Meat 

The Scarrabelotti family has been farming in Australia since arriving from Italy in 1880 on the ill-fated Marquis de Rays expedition. The family is the largest landholder in the Northern Rivers of NSW and produces some of the country's highest quality natural veal, yearling and young beef products. Green Mountain Meats are a well-established multi-generational family business with years of history and a visual identity that has a good following.

They wanted to keep the elements of the past but make the logo more modern and easier to use when marketing and packaging their products. This is a great example of where a logo makeover keeping its brand recognition.

WHAT WE CREATED

We were lucky enough to have worked on a few new brands for Green Mountain. Giving the overall Green Mountain brand was needed to modernise it but loose the history and following. They wanted to keep the elements of the past but make the logo more modern and easier to use when marketing and packaging their products. This is a great example of where a logo makeover keeping its brand recognition. We kept the hat, cutlery and mountain elements similar. We also retained the colours and similar typography. An amazing outcome we felt for them to move forward for another 100 years. We also integrated this onto packaging and website.
 
 
We take pride in producing veal that is sourced from 100% Australian livestock, processed solely in Australia using the methods and traditions our family established in 1880.
